Indian General Assistance Program
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funds Native Village Kluti-Kaah’s (NVKK) Tl’aticae’e, IGAP program. IGAP, is designed for Native people across the country, to take an active role, in keeping lands clean, and healthy for future generations. "We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow if from our children". Without our lands, what do we have? Who will we be, if our Land is contaminated, or our water supply polluted? It is up to all of us, to ensure our lands remain healthy, and thriving.

- Develop an air monitoring strategy, and associated quality assurance project plan.
- Air Quality
- Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP)
- Searching for Air Quality grants
- Project Planning
- Continue to educate tribal members and community, in the difference between solid waste, and recyclable waste.
- Develop an integrated solid waste management plan for tribe.
